Goals, Positivity and … uh… gym life?

Yes this is me posting consecutively. Impressed? In my last post I opened up about why I was failing at my goals. Well I didn’t say why I was failing at blog writing did I? Over the past year writing my blog became a job. I didn’t feel like I was doing it for me anymore more just trying to see what would push content out and what would make me money. And yeah it was shit. So from now on I am literally writing for me (and well you.. whoever reads this, if anyone).

As this is somewhat like a diary section i’ll share what I have done over the past week.

Pros: I started two of my previous goals! I went to the gym 6 times last week and started prepping my lunches. Which immediately has made life easier/quicker. I have lost 3lb. Yep 3lb already. I have started a dieting support group for people who are doing the same diet as me. And I have stayed at a job longer than a month! haha (I plan to stay here a lot longer don’t worry).

Cons: My room is still a mess, I have 0 life plans, I feel exhausted and the other day I couldn’t go to my dads due to anxiety and lack of motivation.

Some people will read this and think well you had a shitty week then. Your cons are massive cons. And let’s be honest they are. But I will still say the opposite. For me, going to the gym all week, even when on some days I was on my own, is massive. When you think last week only went once and stayed for half an hour. When you have depression and anxiety it is so easy to see the negative things all the time that you forget celebrate small changes. Which is now what we are going to do. I am going to tackle life one small goal at a time. This week can be to tidy my room. We’ll see how that one goes haha. But I will write a list of goals and just do one each week rather than being overwhelmed with 10+.

Now a few questions to the 5 people who read this (including my mum, hi mum); Do you want me to share the diet stuff and how that is going in more detail? Do you have a ten year plan? Should I make a 10 year plan?

    Yes I would like you to share your diet plan not to loose weight but just to eat healthy don’t forget vegan options and are you paying lol yes this is your number 1 fan and we are proud of you for sticking to your goals and well done 3lbs already done , keep going babe , also I agree with the goal this week cleaning your room (I think that’s the best one lol ) xx

    Yes please share your diet stuff! I’ve just started getting back into the gym so would love to see what you are doing and give me some motivation! Keep going and stick with it 🙌🏻💪🏻
